Berlin Lights Ausstellung, Filmvorführung und Kalender 2024 zum Festival of Lights Berlin (als PDF)

Berlin – Einen Tag vor dem Festivalbeginn wird der Fotograf des „Berlin Lights“-Festivals, Enrico Verworner, in der Bodo-Uhse-Bibliothek (Erich-Kurz-Str. 9 10319 Berlin) zu Gast sein. In einem Künstlergespräch wird er über die Entstehung der Bilder sprechen, die er seit vielen Jahren im Smiling Berlin Verlag sowohl als Bildband als auch als 12. Kalender „Berlin Lights“ veröffentlicht hat. Darüber hinaus war Enrico Verworner selbst an den Illuminationen des Berliner Lichterfests beteiligt. Seine Fotos und Grafiken wurden bereits mehrfach auf dem Konzerthaus, dem Berliner Dom und dem Brandenburger Tor projiziert. Das Festival of Lights Berlin findet vom 06.-15.10.2023 statt.

Der Fotograf

Enrico Verworner, für seine Fotografie vom Berliner Bürgermeister als Botschafter der Stadt und mit dem silbernen Foto Oskar für Berufsfotografen ausgezeichnet, ist als ehem. Leiter eines Portraitstudios seit 2005 in der Fotobranche für seine Produktionen für Editorial und Werbung in den Bereichen Natur- und Umweltfotografie, Mode- und Beauty und als Praxisdozent einer Berliner Fotoschule bekannt. Das breite Publikum erreichen seine Fotostrecken und Produktionen für die offiziellen Stadtportale berlin.de und berlinonline.de und für diverse Berliner Magazine und verschiedene Verlage, so dass jeder Berliner bereits ein Foto von Enrico Verworner gesehen hat. Anfang 2014 wurde Enrico Verworner vom Fotofachmagazin „Digital Fotografie“ zum herausragenden Künstler der Digitalfotografie gekürt. Seit Jahren liefert Enrico Verworner die herausragenden Bilder zu den Lichterfesten Festival of Lights und Berlin leuchtet.

Der Verlag

Der Smiling Berlin Verlag wurde anlässlich des lustigen Berlin Buches „Smiling Berlin – Eine Liebeserklärung in Bildern“ von Lasse Walter gegründet und hat sich zur Aufgabe gesetzt, Titel aus Berlin für Berliner, Berlin-Fans und alle positiv denkenden Menschen oder die, die es werden wollen, anzubieten. Er gehört mit 21 veröffentlichten Titeln zu einer festen Größe im Berliner Buchmarkt bezüglich Bildbände, Kalender, Hundetitel und Geschenkbücher. Der Verlag konnte in den letzten Jahren Spenden im Wert von über 20.000€ für soziale Projekte und Institutionen generieren und hat insgesamt 1.900 Bäume in Berlin gepflanzt.

Berlin Lights Exhibition, Film Screening, and Calendar 2024 for the Festival of Lights Berlin

Berlin – One day before the festival begins, the photographer of the „Berlin Lights“ Festival, Enrico Verworner, will be a guest at the Bodo Uhse Library (Erich-Kurz-Str. 9, 10319 Berlin). In an artist’s talk, he will discuss the creation of the images that he has published for many years in the Smiling Berlin Verlag, both as a pictorial book and as the 12th „Berlin Lights“ calendar. Furthermore, Enrico Verworner himself has been involved in the illuminations of the Berlin Festival of Lights. His photos and graphics have been projected multiple times onto the Konzerthaus, the Berliner Dom, and the Brandenburg Gate. The Festival of Lights Berlin will take place from October 6th to October 15th, 2023.

The Photographer

Enrico Verworner, recognized by the Berlin Mayor for his photography and awarded the Silver Photo Oscar for professional photographers, has been a prominent figure in the photography industry since 2005. His productions in the fields of nature and environmental photography, fashion and beauty, as well as his role as a practical lecturer at a Berlin photo school, have gained recognition. His photo spreads and productions can be seen on the official city portals berlin.de and berlinonline.de and in various Berlin magazines and publications, making Enrico Verworner a familiar name to every Berliner. In early 2014, Enrico Verworner was recognized as an outstanding artist in digital photography by the photography magazine „Digital Fotografie.“ For years, Enrico Verworner has provided outstanding images for the Festival of Lights and Berlin leuchtet light festivals.
